Two decades of plate production in Zhejiang
Our plant runs automatic cutting, UV flatbed printing and finishing lines under one roof. Incoming raw sheet is checked for thickness and clarity, colour and character alignment are verified against the approved sample, and finished plates are inspected one by one before packing. Where a buyer's tender requires it, we can supply the mill certificates and test reports that accompany the raw material.

Loading port: Ningbo or Shanghai. Sea freight, air freight and express are all available, quoted against your order volume.

What is the standard license plate size in Congo (DRC)?
Car plates are 480 × 112 mm and motorcycle plates are 240 × 135 mm. We produce to either format, and also to the 520 × 110 mm format used in Guinea, Zambia and Rwanda.
Do you make motorcycle plates as well as car plates?
Yes. Motorcycle plates are a separate production line in our plant, typically 240 × 135 mm for DRC and 240 × 130 mm for Guinea. Car and motorcycle sizes can be combined in one order.
What is your MOQ?
100 pieces per design for standard acrylic plates. For mixed-size orders we can discuss the split.
Can you produce to our own artwork and numbering rules?
Yes. Send the artwork file, character set and numbering sequence and we produce to it. Consecutive serial numbering and one unique QR code per plate are both available.
Acrylic or aluminium - which do you recommend?
Acrylic (PMMA) gives a 3D depth effect, will not rust, and suits humid coastal and high-rainfall markets. Aluminium with embossed characters suits buyers who need a traditional stamped finish. We produce both; tell us which your market prefers.
How long does a bulk order take?
Samples in 3–7 working days. Bulk production runs about 12 days for 1,000 pieces, 15 days for 5,000 and 20 days for 20,000, counted from artwork approval and deposit.
Can I get a sample before ordering?
Yes, samples are free. You cover the courier cost, and the sample is produced to your artwork so you can check size, colour and print quality before committing.
Are these official government-issued plates?
No. The plates on this page are custom-made identification plates produced to the dimensions, artwork and numbering rules supplied by the customer, for dealer display, fleet management, distributor programmes and souvenir or collection use. We are not a government-authorised plate issuing authority, we do not supply official registration plates, and we do not process vehicle registration. The buyer is responsible for ensuring that the intended use complies with local law.
