Our Engineering Solution
Phase 1: Material Optimization
We selected 5052/6061 aluminum alloy for its lightweight properties, excellent machinability,
and compatibility with anodizing - the ideal choice for professional audio hardware.
Phase 2: CNC Precision Machining
Using CNC drilling and laser cutting, all holes and contours were processed with ±0.15mm
tolerance. Every mounting point and connector interface was precisely positioned to ensure
perfect fit.
Phase 3: Surface Finishing
Sandblasting + anodizing created a matte black, anti-scratch, anti-fingerprint finish. The result
is a surface that looks and feels premium while standing up to demanding environments.
Phase 4: Enamel Printing
High-adhesion enamel ink was applied and thermally cured for maximum durability. Unlike
standard printing, enamel ink bonds to the anodized surface at a molecular level, ensuring the
markings won't fade, chip, or wear off - even after years of use.
